Do you have any design limitations for laser engraving or sublimation?

Yes. There are limits to what can be engraved or printed. The smallest details that we can laser engrave are approximately .015" across. The smallest details that can be effective printed with sublimation are approximately .030" across. Anything smaller and the ink bleeds a little bit into the twill and doesn't appear sharp.
